Industrial Audio Software stands behind its products and offers a limited 30 day warranty on all software purchases. Should you be unsatisfied with Industrial Audio Software, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement within this 30 day period as stated in our limited warranty conditions.
Our 30 day guarantee commences from the date of product shipment, whether hard copy or digital. No refund will be granted after this 30 day period has elapsed.
Our limited warranty is defined as follows:
Refund with valid reason only. Valid reason is i.e. system incompatibility, software corruption etc..... We ask that customers first work with us to resolve their issues. In some instances customers requesting refunds mistakenly believe the software will not work on their system. Our support staff will work with you by running an Audio Tester on your system - running this utility on your system assures that the software is installed and configured properly.
Dissatisfaction alone is not a valid reason for a refund. Refund is not available if you have taken advantage of our 14 day demo of the software you are requesting a refund for. Our 14 day demos are fully operational except for the Save As and Upload functions in certain programs. We feel this is an adequate evaluation period before making the decision to purchase.
Please note that a customer will be granted one money back. No repeat money backs are allowed as a safeguard against fraudulent practices. Individual products purchased within a suite of software cannot be refunded from a suite.
Example: A refund will not be granted for one product and compensated against the full suite from within a suite of five products.

Be sure to include the following information in your correspondence: 1) your name and your online Order ID 2) the product(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return, and 3) whether you would like a refund or replacement. We will reply with additional instructions and have you fill out a statement certifying that you have destroyed all copies of the software you are returning. By completing the statement, you are certifying that you have removed the program from your hard drive and any other mediums where it may have been stored. Once everything is completed and verified, we will issue your refund or replacement.
